Need to make a change to your order? Let us know right away and we will do our best. Email info@thesaltcellar.ca or call 403-875-5229. Unfortunately once it leaves our hands no changes can be made.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on location. 

For Canadian orders we estimate shipping times to be between 2-10 days. Express shipping can be chosen at checkout for an extra fee. If you are local to Okotoks, AB we encourage you to choose local pickup and we can often deliver to the store the same day.

Locations & Rates:

Okotoks, AB - We offer free local pickup at Main Street Market Okotoks (8 McRae Street). Please give us 1-2 days to get your order to the store. If you chose local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email from us when it is available to pickup.

Anywhere else in Canada - We offer a flat rate of $15 to our Canadian customers for orders under $70. FREE shipping is offered for orders $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Rates vary.

Outside of Canada - Rates are available at checkout for international addresses. Delivery times vary greatly. It can take 1-2 weeks in the USA. If outside of North America it can take up to 6 months to receive an order.

Delivery Methods:

We use various couriers depending on rates and locations. We have negotiated rates that help keep our prices as low as we can. If you have a courier that does not work for you location please let us know in order notes.

If you are in a location close to us we will hand deliver your order.

If you live in a house we will most likely use ICS Courier. They are the most cost efficient courier for residential delivery and in most cases can deliver in less than a week.

If you live in a condo or apartment we will use Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.

We can ship to a PO BOX, however only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes.

Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for any delays by the courier. In the event of a lost package we will replace the package for you at our expense and will ship it out using standard shipping times.
