like bacon but actually contains no bacon. This delicious salmon dish is sweet and salty and perfect for any time of year.

¼ Cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Canadian Bacon Blend
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 pound Salmon; whole or cut into filets

Instructions

In a small bowl mix soy sauce, Canadian Bacon and maple syrup.
Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with soy sauce mixture. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes or more. Flipping once.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
Serve with seasonal veggies and rice or potatoes.
