Acadian Cajun Shrimp Foil Packets
Use our Acadian Cajun blend to make these delicious shrimp packets. This is a great summer meal for the BBQ or campsite. Quick and easy clean up.

- 1 ½ pounds peeled, raw shrimp
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 ½ cups red bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 ½ cups asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp Acadian Cajun
- 4 cobs of corn, husked and cut in half
Instructions
- Place shrimp, potatoes, peppers, asparagus and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and Acadian Cajun. Toss to coat.
- Cut 4-5 sheets of 12" long foil. Divided mixture evenly among sheets.
- Top each pile with two halves of corn and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Pull the short ends of the foil together and roll down to the center. Roll the open ends in to seal pouch.
- BBQ on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Carefully cut open and eat right out of the packet or pour out onto a plate. Careful, steam and contents will be hot!
Notes
Substitute whatever veggies you prefer or have on hand.
